Francis Devine is the Liberal Candidate for Heffron at the 2023 NSW Election.
Francis grew up in the south-eastern suburbs of Sydney. He attended St Aidan's Primary School in Maroubra, then completed high school at Marcellin College Randwick. After completing his HSC, Francis attended Macquarie University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours).
He is now completing his Master of Laws at UNSW part-time, whilst working full time-time in a law firm. As a recent undergraduate and current postgraduate student, Francis understands the effects of the rising costs of living experienced by so many in the community.
