Freya Leach will deliver for Balmain
Freya Leach has been endorsed as the Liberal candidate for Balmain, and she is determined to fight for the community in a Liberal Government
“I have always been a strong advocate for our community, in Balmain. We are a community of hard workers, strong families, and passionate people. Our community needs a representative who is a compassionate listener and fierce fighter” Ms Leach said.
“This community has been facing a lot of challenges, with family budgets hit hard by rates, fuel and everyday cost increases. We need a strong and experienced Government helping families through these tough times.
“Now more than ever it is essential that our community has a strong voice in the heart of the NSW Government, advocating for the Balmain community. A Liberal representative with pragmatic policy and a means to deliver it is what our community needs.
“There are cost of living pressures hitting families, both in the Balmain peninsula and the Inner West as whole, and it is only through the Liberal Team’s strong and proven economic management that we have a series of vouchers available whether they be Back To School, Active Kids, Creative Kids, First Lap and also the Toll Rebate scheme. Equally, we are not afraid of embracing bold, new reforms. From scrapping stamp duty, to welcoming cashless gaming, and introducing universal pre-Kindergarten, only a strong community advocate and the Liberal team can make sure Balmain remains the best place to live and build a future”
Ms Leach has a broad academic and business background in economics, global markets, commerce and law.
She will be campaigning on local issues to ease the pressure on family budgets as well as continue the investment in health, education and the environment. Through small business, smaller government, and pragmatic environmental policy, she is committed to unleashing Balmain’s true potential as part of a Liberal government.
“This election is about having a plan for NSW, and we need a Government that has the runs on the board delivering a strong economy so investment in key areas can continue now and into the future,” Ms Leach said.
Only the Perrottet Government has the track record to support NSW families by growing the economy, boosting their budget, strengthening frontline services and investing in our communities.
