As your Liberal Candidate for Bennelong and part of the Dutton Liberal Team, I am fighting to secure funding to electrify Lane Cove Aquatics Centre.

Lane Cove Aquatics Centre is a significant community asset used by over 1 million people last year. However, it is also the Council’s highest energy intensive facility, accounting for over 60% of the Council’s energy usage. 

As part of the Council’s long-term commitment to reduce emissions and increase energy efficiency, the Lane Cove Aquatic Centre will be electrified. 

Electrifying Lane Cove Aquatic Centre ultimately will lower costs for ratepayers and assist the Council reach its emissions reduction target.
